Safe..DJ C has been peddling his Ragga-step bass monsters for a good few years now, operating out of Chi Town USA, not a city usually equated with its Ragga output. Such are the quality of C's mixes, in my humble opinion C transcends state lines and nation boundaries and should be classed up there with producers like Shut Up and Dance and The Heatwave.
